Pricing questions
What counts towards my plan?
Plans are sized by engineer count — the field staff you add to the platform. You can move up a plan from your dashboard at any time as your team grows.
What if I exceed my plan's engineer limit?
Move up to the next plan from your dashboard. We never quietly add charges — you choose when to upgrade.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Billing is monthly on every plan; we don't currently offer annual prepay. If that would help your team, email hello@apexgo.co.uk and tell us.
How does cancellation work?
There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard — your plan runs to the end of the current month and is not renewed.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel anytime from your account and you won't be billed again. We don't refund the current month's charge once it's started — but you keep access until the period ends.
Can I get a custom plan?
Enterprise covers unlimited engineers, custom branding and API access. If you need something beyond that, email hello@apexgo.co.uk and we will talk it through.
