Pricing questions
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. All prices are per month and exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
Is the app included?
Yes. The web app and the iPhone and Android app are included in every plan, and the app works offline on site.
What counts towards my plan?
Plans are sized by the number of users you add to the platform — office staff and engineers. If your team grows, email help@apexspark.co.uk and we will move you up a plan.
What if I go over my plan's user limit?
Email help@apexspark.co.uk and we will move you up to the next plan. We never quietly add charges — you choose when to upgrade.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Billing is monthly on every plan; we don't currently offer annual prepay. If that would help your team, email help@apexspark.co.uk and tell us.
How does cancellation work?
There is no contract and no minimum term. Email help@apexspark.co.uk to cancel — your plan runs to the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.
What is your refund policy?
Once you cancel you won't be billed again. We don't refund the current period's charge once it has started — but you keep access until the period ends.
Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
We work hard to keep ApexSpark available around the clock and tell you about planned maintenance where we can, but we don't offer a formal uptime SLA. See our terms for details.
Can I get a custom plan?
Enterprise covers unlimited users, several companies under one login, dedicated onboarding and a named contact at ApexSpark. Bespoke work is quoted separately — email help@apexspark.co.uk and we will talk it through.
