Certificates that write themselves.
EIC, EICR, MEIWC and DICR — filled on the engineer's phone with guided fields, countersigned by admin in a click, and submitted to NICEIC over an API. Every cert lives against its job, with a privacy-first location model.
Four certificates, every plan.
New installations and additions. Required at first energisation.
Periodic inspection of an existing installation. Domestic + commercial.
Minor works — circuit additions or alterations.
Domestic-specific periodic inspection, structured for PRS/AST landlords.
EIC + MEIWC on Starter. EICR + DICR added on Growth and Enterprise.
Site → admin → NICEIC, with one record.
- 1Engineer fills on phone
Guided form on the engineer's PWA — required fields, value ranges (e.g. ≥ 200 MΩ insulation), draft saved as they type.
- 2Photos + signature on site
Attach test results, consumer-unit photos, and a finger-drawn signature. Stored against the job, not in a separate folder.
- 3Admin countersigns
Admin reviews, asks for changes if needed, then countersigns from their dashboard. Certificate becomes immutable.
- 4NICEIC submission via API
Direct submission to the NICEIC portal — no copy-paste, no re-keying. The platform records the submission ID against the cert.
Location, only on site.
The engineer's phone heartbeats their location every five minutes — but only while inside the site boundary you defined. The moment they drive off, the heartbeat stops being stored. We never log where they go in their own time.
- Set the boundary per site with an interactive map + slider.
- Inside boundary: heartbeat every 5 minutes.
- Outside boundary: pings discarded server-side.
- Outside-boundary alerts (Enterprise) fire if an engineer drifts during a clocked-in session.
