Guided form in the engineer app — required fields, value ranges (e.g. ≥ 200 MΩ insulation), draft saved as they type.
- 2Photos + signature on site
Attach test results, consumer-unit photos, and a finger-drawn signature. Stored against the job, not in a separate folder.
- 3Admin countersigns
Admin reviews, asks for changes if needed, then countersigns from their dashboard. Certificate becomes immutable.
- 4PDF issued
The signed, countersigned certificate is issued as a PDF and stored against its job. Once issued it is never edited.
Clock-in that knows the site.
Geofenced clock-in confirms engineers are on site. You draw the boundary for each site, and the app checks the engineer is inside it when they clock in. We never log where engineers go in their own time.
