What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember preferences. Local storage is a similar mechanism that lets a website store small amounts of data in your browser between visits.

Analytics: we do not currently run Google Analytics, Hotjar, or any other third-party analytics on the marketing site or the platform. If we add analytics in future we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Why we don’t ask for consent for everything
Under UK and EU rules, websites only need explicit consent for cookies and storage that are notstrictly necessary. The cookies above either keep you signed in (essential), remember your cookie-banner choice (essential by definition), or store UI preferences that you trigger by using the platform — none of these require opt-in. We show a brief banner on first visit anyway, so you know what we use.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies at any time using your browser settings. Each browser handles this slightly differently:
Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service. Clearing local storage will reset things like the in-app tour completion state — the tour will simply replay the next time you load the relevant page.
Changes
If we add, remove or change cookies, we will update this page and adjust the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes that require new consent will be communicated via a fresh cookie banner.
